Shipping Methods

Your order is shipped within 7 days for products in stock and within the same period upon receipt of your order for products not in stock.

If you would like a delivery on a later date, please indicate this in the “Add a comment to my order” box (at the basket level). We will ship your order accordingly, or contact you if necessary.

We offer two delivery methods, which are presented below:

- EXPRESS DELIVERY (AT THE FOOT OF THE TRUCK) DONE DURING THE WEEK, BY APPOINTMENT BY SMS OR EMAIL WITH A DAYTIME SLOT.

Express delivery is the default delivery. Express delivery is chargeable, the costs are calculated automatically when ordering based on the weight/volume ratio of the packages. is carried out by a delivery person on the ground floor or at the foot of your building. The delivery time is 7 working days depending on the geographical area served from the date of receipt of your shipping notice.

On the agreed day, the delivery person will drop off your order on a pallet, at your doorstep. If you live in an apartment building, delivery is scheduled to your entrance. Any access not suitable for receiving a package on a pallet, such as: stairs, narrow path, gate, releases us from any responsibility for delivery beyond this location.

The carrier may ask you to transport the package(s), which may be presented in the form of pallets.

Depending on the delivery department and the size of your order, a system has been set up to allow you to choose your delivery day (Monday to Friday). It is also possible to opt for collection from the agency closest to your home (140 agencies in France).

You will be able to choose the day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) on which your delivery will take place. You will receive an SMS or an e-mail from Geodis allowing you to access the tracking of your delivery using a username and password. Once connected to your Geodis space, you will be able to choose your delivery date by checking your choice among the proposals.

In the space provided for various information, you will have the possibility to leave your preference (morning or afternoon), without any guarantee that this preference can be satisfied.

- PREMIUM DELIVERY (HOME) DONE DURING THE WEEK, BY TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT WITH A 2-HOUR TIME SLOT.

Premium delivery is carried out by a specialized carrier. Two delivery men drop off your items upstairs and in the room of your choice.

Premium delivery is chargeable, the costs are automatically calculated when ordering based on the weight/volume ratio of the packages. We will contact you after your order to validate the delivery information. Additional charges may be applied beyond the 3rd floor. Some specific locations are not served (eg islands, mountain locations).

Delivery takes place on average 6 to 12 working days after dispatch of your order (working days are excluding weekends and public holidays). The carrier will contact you a few days after dispatch of your order, you can then indicate the delivery date that suits you (time slots offered at half-day, from Monday to Friday). Please arrange to be present at the delivery appointment.

The service does not include unpacking or installing your furniture. If you wish to return the product, be sure to keep the packaging.

Please note: it is your responsibility to check that your openings (doors, stairs and elevators) allow the passage of the ordered package(s). The dimensions of the packages are available on each product sheet.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP

You can collect an order placed online from our main warehouse located in PACA: MARSEILLE (13).

Please contact us for collection arrangements and check that your vehicle is suitable for loading the package. The warehouse is not a showroom and does not allow you to view or order our products on site.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are committed to the quality of each of our products and are convinced that you will like them. If this is not the case, you can return your products to us in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, without justification.

Simply contact us at customer service. Your order will be refunded quickly, after return and conformity check. The return costs (and any Premium delivery costs) are deducted from your refund. The refund method is the same as the payment method for your order.

Regardless of the delivery method initially chosen, the returned products are collected at the foot of the building or at the gate of your house, by a single delivery person.

The buyer will be reimbursed by the means of payment used when ordering, unless there is an agreement with the customer as to the means of payment, for the full price including tax of the product paid, shipping costs included, less return costs and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the returned product in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years, we will replace your product if it has a defect.
